  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your chosen rabbit and have it removed as “available” from our Facebook page and Website. 

  • The remaining 50% must be paid upon the rabbit turns 8 weeks of age or at pickup if scheduled within the same week of turning 8 weeks old. 

  • All sales are final, no refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

  • No rabbits will leave our rabbitry until paid in full. 

  • We do our absolute best to guarantee that all rabbits leaving our rabbitry have been appropriately vetted if necessary, and are healthy to the best of our knowledge. We will not be held liable for problems that arise after the rabbits depart our possession. 

  • We do not sell rabbits to anyone under the age of 18 without written parental consent. 

  • Our rabbitry is private and as per such, we do not permit physical visits, however, we are more than happy to accommodate with video visits and update pictures for rabbits of interest/ rabbits under deposit; this is to ensure the health of our rabbits.

  • If at any point we believe the rabbit is going to an unsafe home, we will cancel the transaction and provide a 50% refund. 

  • All rabbits must be picked up within one week of the 8 week maturation age or have transportation scheduled within that 30 day rolling period. 

  • If a rabbit over the age of 8 weeks is being purchased from our rabbitry, they must be picked up within one week of purchase or have transportation scheduled within a 30 day window from date of purchase. 

  • If transportation or pickup is not available and discussed with us, a $15/ week boarding charge will be exercised to the purchaser to cover food, supplies, and rental space. 

  • If  you choose the forfeit the reservation of any given rabbit, your deposit cannot be applied to any other rabbit and your deposit will be forfeited. 

  • Forms of payment accepted are PayPal, Venmo, and cash. If paying via PayPal or Venmo, you may ONLY pay with “Friends and Family” or without a purchase protection. This is for our safety. If you pay with a purchase protection, we will immediately refund and that rabbit will no longer be under deposit until properly paid for.

  • We cannot guarantee pricing on future litters as quality, color, gender, and overall type cannot be predicted. 

  • We cannot guarantee a rabbit’s quality upon maturation, reproductive performance, temperament, or size. 

  • We do not knowingly sell any sick rabbits but we do our absolute best to guarantee the overall health of each rabbit, as we love them just as much as they love us!

  • Once a pedigree is mailed the transaction is non-fungible as the governing bodies surrounding rabbit breeding state that ownership of the original pedigree dictates ownership of the rabbit.

  • Our rabbits may not be used for any purposes that would jeopardize their health such as meat, fighting, poor quality of living conditions etc.

  • If re-homing your rabbit is necessary, you may contact us to return it, however, no refund is offered for this. We offer this because we love all of our animals and want to guarantee their safety.

  • Pet and pet-quality rabbits will not be sold with pedigrees, upon our discretion.
